Jack Wohlabaugh

OL | 6-4, 280
Stow (Ohio) Walsh Jesuit High School
Stars | 4 – Rivals; 3 – CBS, ESPN, Scout

Jack Wohlabaugh is expected to play center at Ohio State, the same position his father, Dave, played for almost a decade at the NFL level in stints with the Browns, Patriots and Rams. Jack’s Mom, Virginia, is also an athlete having been a member of the field hockey team at Syracuse.

The Buckeyes naturally gravitated toward an athlete with that kind of pedigree, and Wohlabaugh really, really wanted to come to OSU, so much so that when the Buckeyes offered at last year’s Spring Game, he accepted on the spot.

Not only did he play offensive guard and defensive tackle at Walsh Jesuit, he also spent two years playing hockey. And let’s hope he somehow scores a touchdown with the Scarlet and Gray. He’s got an, uh, interesting celebration planned.
