Browns: O’Brien out; search now turns to Kelly

CLEVELAND — The Browns interviewed Penn State coach Bill O’Brien for their head-coaching vacancy this week, a league source told The Plain Dealer yesterday, but by the end of last night, O’Brien had decided to stay at the school, according to his agent, Joseph Linta.
