Ohio State junior Deshaun Thomas was voted to the Associated Press All-America third team, the wire service announced today.

Thomas, who was one of six AP preseason All-Americans, led the Big Ten in scoring during the regular season and averaged 19.8 points in the Buckeyes' 37 games.

Columbus native Trey Burke, a Michigan sophomore, and Otto Porter Jr. of Georgetown were the top vote-getters in balloting by AP sports writers. Burke and Porter are joined on the first team by Doug McDermott of Creighton, Victor Oladipo of Indiana and Kelly Olynyk of Gonzaga.
