CHICAGO — Terry Francona turned 54 yesterday, and the Cleveland Indians gave their manager the kind of birthday present he will remember.

With the Indians trailing 2-1 with two outs in the eighth inning, Asdrubal Cabrera lined a two-run single into center field for a 3-2 victory over the Chicago White Sox.The Indians have won three straight, and the White Sox have lost four in a row.
