To insure you have the best listening experience possible, we recommend the following requirements. If you meet these requirements and are still experiencing problems, please submit the form below with as much detail as possible.

  • Desktop PC with Windows XP or Vista. This service does not work on Apple computers. The Listen Live stream may not work on mobile devices and phones.
  • Internet Explorer 7.0 or newer. If you need to upgrade, please visit the Internet Explorer web page. Web Blitz will not work with Firefox or other browsers.
  • Windows Media Player 10 or newer. If you need to upgrade, visit the Windows Media Player web page
  • Javascript must be enabled. Use your browser security settings to check and change this setting if needed. If you don't know what this is, then your JavaScript is already enabled.
  • Cookies must be allowed. The privacy level must be set to Medium.
