Snap Judgments: Ohio State puts throttle down in second half, steamrolls Penn State in Columbus

Ohio State went into half up three but knocked off Penn State by 24 thanks to another Heisman-worthy effort by quarterback Julian Sayin and his pair of All-American level receivers.
